# TMEDS — Intellectual property notice

## Ownership posture

TMEDS intellectual property is intended to be:

1. **Assigned in writing** from inventor(s) to a dedicated **IP holding vehicle** (TMEDS IP Holding Trust or successor LLC assignee), using **present-assignment** instruments; and  
2. **Held** by that vehicle for prosecution, licensing, and enforcement—not mixed into day-to-day website operating risk without a written license.

Executed agreements, inventor identities, and asset schedules are **private**. They are not available for public download.
