Donations

R&D donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of clear processing error.

Founding supporter reservations ($250)

Reservations are refundable on written request before commercial launch of a cleared TMEDS offering, and will be refunded if the project is abandoned or if a cleared product is not offered within 36 months of payment. After clearance, unused reservation balances apply 1:1 as credit toward a first pilot unit invoice until used or refunded.

A reservation is not a pre-order and does not promise shipment of an uncleared medical device.
